Over 400 people trained on Claude and Copilot across three countries: France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
On two complementary enterprise AI tools.
A rollout run in parallel on both tools.
French affiliate of an international pharmaceutical group. Over 400 people at head office, a field sales force across the country, and teams in Belgium and the Netherlands. The engagement covers the French affiliate and these teams. The company is rolling out two complementary AI tools: Claude for advanced use, projects and complex analysis; Microsoft Copilot for native integration in Microsoft 365.
Give each population the right tool and the right use.
A long engagement, designed to embed use at every level.
Three webinars to set the fundamentals, explain the differences between Claude and Copilot, and establish a shared frame.
Sessions of no more than 10 people on real cases: PowerPoint with Claude, Artifacts, Projects, Skills, Excel, document analysis.
Field use: visit preparation, call-report summaries, follow-up emails, prioritisation, information retrieval.
One-to-one support for executive committee members, to embed use at the top and turn them into internal advocates.
The setup was replicated there with the same teaching approach.
People now have a clear frame: Copilot for everyday use inside Microsoft 365, Claude for advanced analysis, structured projects and complex cases. The executive committee acts as an internal relay, which reinforces the legitimacy of the rollout. The method was deployed across all three countries without starting over.
“Two AI tools rolled out in parallel, but one logic: train each population on the right uses.”
This case comes from our Claude training : with a joint Copilot rollout matched to each population and its uses.
