One month to establish a shared way of working across the head-office teams.
The Paris head office, trained on Copilot in one month.
Groups of 15, with a catch-up and a deep-dive session.
Hotel investment and management group: more than 75 properties operating or being acquired across France, Belgium, Spain and Switzerland. Around 60 people at the Paris head office — marketing, sales, distribution, finance, operations. Copilot had just been switched on in Microsoft 365. The teams were open to AI and already had their first uses.
Copilot was switched on. The next step: a shared frame to get the most out of it.
An enablement programme run over one month, in waves, with small groups.
Content calibrated on the teams’ real use cases. The aim: start from their situations, not from a generic demo.
Four sessions alternating AI fundamentals, prompting good practice, Copilot demos and business exercises.
Rules built in throughout the training: sensitive data, tool limits, checking the answers.
A session for those who missed one, plus a follow-up for the questions raised by early use.
More than 60 people trained in one month. The teams now share a common frame: the same good practice, the same caution rules, the same checking reflexes. Concrete use cases were identified per function — writing, email summaries, document preparation, simple data analysis, marketing ideation. A further session was requested for the following year.
“In one month the shared frame was in place. The teams use it every day.”
